Medical Office Buildings (MOB’s) come in all shapes and sizes and are often developed on hospital campuses or into medical parks. These projects can vary greatly from single story, single occupant designs to multistory buildings with many different types of tenants including doctor offices, outpatient surgery centers, pharmacies, and various disciplines. Some MOB’s are physically connected to the adjacent hospitals by enclosed walkways or skybridges, requiring detailed site studies to evaluate impact on property use and circulation patterns.
